Partnering and Communicating Together (PACT)
HealthHIV is a proud member of the Partnering and Communicating Together (PACT) program.
Partnering and Communicating Together (PACT) is a funded partnership between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of HIV Prevention, and some of the nation’s leading organizations representing the populations hardest-hit by HIV. Funding for this cooperative agreement was made possible by PS21-2104: Partnering and Communicating Together (PACT). Recipients were awarded funds through a competitive application process among organizations meeting the eligibility requirements, including working in jurisdictions in Phase 1 of the Ending the HIV Epidemic Initiative.
The purpose of the partnership is to 1) support the dissemination of CDC’s Let’s Stop HIV Together (Together) campaign via the use of digital and social media platforms and 2) disseminate Together campaign materials, messaging, and other CDC resources that support HIV prevention at in-person and virtual events.
