In support of improving patient care, HealthHIV is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. In addition to CME credit, nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) contact hours, continuing pharmacy education (CPE) contact hours, and IPCE credit, HealthHIV is able to offer ASWB credit for social workers, AAPA credit for Physician Associates and APA credit for psychologists through Joint Accreditation. HealthHIV also is accredited by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing to award CHES®/MCHES® continuing education credits for Certified Health Education Specialists.

HIVPCP Module 4 | Enhancing Cultural Humility and Understanding Barriers to Care
Module 4 of the HealthHIV HIV Prevention Certified Provider Certification Program. This course provides a review of the HIV care continuum, impact of intersectional stigma on risk, cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and resources to mitigate financial barriers for clients.

HIVPCP Module 5 | HIV PrEP Adherence and Persistence
Module 5 of the HealthHIV HIV Prevention Certified Provider Certification Program. This course provides insight on vulnerable populations with PrEP disparities, impact of SDOH and barriers to PrEP, navigation models for access, and provider strategies for supporting adherence.

HIVPCP Module 6 | Population-Based Considerations for PrEP
Module 6 of the HealthHIV HIV Prevention Certified Provider Certification Program. This course provides information on population-based considerations for PrEP, including the role of PrEP and TASP with family planning, health models to improve PrEP access, and combination HIV and STI treatment and prevention strategies.

Module 7 of the HealthHIV HIV Prevention Certified Provider Certification Program. This course provides an update on the current state of the HIV epidemic, key biomedical advances in HIV prevention, and evidence-based approaches to HIV prevention.

HIVPCP Module 8 | Pharmacy-Based HIV Prevention and PrEP (HIVPCP℞)
Module 8 of the HealthHIV HIV Prevention Certified Provider Certification Program. Pharmacists who complete the seven core modules of the HealthHIV’s HIVPCP Certification Program along with this newly released Pharmacy-Based HIV Prevention and PrEP module can earn the HIVPCP℞ specialty certification.
